  I think this place must be under new management. The pizza was out of this world. I ordered thin crust 😋 and aslo if you're a sub lover, they have the juiciest sub ever. The service is good too, the staff are friendly. I usually don't give good review but these guys are awesome!

  i called them at 8:20 and its now 9:40 and they still havent braught me my order, my house is 7 mins away from them and no one picked up the phone when i called customer service, very slow and very bad communication with this location.

  Great pizza, fresh ingredients, and fast service! The staff is friendly, and the food is always delicious. Every topping is so tasty. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in Manassas. Highly recommend!

  I placed my food order at 10:15 and waited over an hour for delivery. When I called the store, the employee repeatedly told me, "He will be there soon." When I asked for an estimated arrival time, I was told 5–10 minutes. After waiting another 25 minutes, I called again and was told the order should be there shortly. I explained that it had already been an hour and a half since I placed the order. At that point, I was put on hold. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes with no response, I had to hang up and cancel my order. This was a very unprofessional experience. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service, and I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Boils in Manassas. I am a regular customer and have ordered from this location many times, both for pickup and delivery. On this occasion, I placed an online order around 10:00 PM because I needed to get to my night shift, which starts at 11:00 PM. I arrived at the store around 10:30 PM to pick up my order. When I entered the store, there was no one at the counter. After waiting about five minutes, an employee came out from the kitchen. He handed me part of my order and then informed me that the delivery driver had accidentally taken my sub. Instead of offering to remake the item, he told me to wait for the driver to return. When I explained that I was short on time and needed to get to work, he continued insisting that I wait for the driver or cancel the order. I felt that he was arguing rather than trying to help resolve the problem. Because I could not wait any longer, I left the store without my order. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I have had with this location. On delivery orders, items are often missing, including ranch dipping sauces that I paid for. When I call the store, I am usually told that they will make it right next time, but I often have to remind them again on future orders. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and the service used to be much better under the previous manager. Recently, however, the customer service has declined significantly. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving order accuracy and customer service.
