  We ordered pizza at 5:07pm from their website. I received a notification that the pizza was being delivered by Door Dash? 6:10 I receive an alert the driver was close, but they got lost finding our house for 10m. I tried calling the store, no answer just gets cycled through their automated system over and over. The pizza was finally delivered 6:17, driver gives me crap about finding my driveway, again didn't order from DD. I call the store back because the pizza is cold. I finally reach someone and explain, they said sorry you need to contact DD that's not our issue. I didn't order though door dash I ordered from your website! Sorry call DD, not our problem. Never again, you've lost a customer forever. Great job!

  Got my order wrong and was rude to me tried to argue with me on the phone and then said he can’t give me my remake until I give him back the order he messed up that’s been inside my house terrible never had such a negative experience with a company place before 0/0 stars if I could

  Extremely disappointing experience at the Manassas Papa Johns on June 24, 2026. I ordered through the Papa Johns app (Order #1307876421). One of the pizzas arrived undercooked with raw dough. When I called the store, I had to call multiple times before reaching someone. The employee who answered identified himself as the manager and was immediately argumentative when I tried to clarify the refund process. He repeatedly insisted the order was “through DoorDash,” which was incorrect. I ordered through the Papa Johns app. I requested a refund and asked for the franchise owner or corporate contact information, but he refused to provide any details and hung up the phone. We then went to the store in person. The same individual again refused to give his name, refused ownership information, and threatened to call the police when we asked for basic resolution. Very unprofessional handling of a food quality issue and refund request. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

  I really wonder who manages this location because this is ridiculous. Why would you even box a pizza this burnt unless a customer requested it. This place needs better management last week they had no onions this week they burnt my pizza and I had drive all the way back here.
