    I had a very disappointing experience at Kabab Zone in Centreville today (June 27) around 5:30 p.m. We placed a pickup order, but when we arrived, we decided we wanted to dine in instead. When we walked into the restaurant, there were no other customers waiting, yet the cashier was busy on his phone and didn’t acknowledge us at all. There was no greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment,” nothing. I had to walk up to him and let him know I was there to pick up my order. His first response was that the order wasn’t ready yet and that we would have to wait. We told him that was fine, but we’d like to dine in instead of taking it to go. Suddenly, he changed his story and said we couldn’t dine in because the order was already made for pickup even though he had just told us it wasn’t ready. He then disappeared into the back for about 5–10 minutes before returning with our food completely packed in takeout containers. We again explained that we wanted to eat in the restaurant. Instead of trying to help or offering to plate the food, he rudely and arrogantly said, “No, it’s for pickup” When we replied that we were just going to eat it there anyway, he dismissively responded with something along the lines of, “Okay, do whatever you want.” The entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. The cashier seemed completely uninterested in providing customer service and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. A simple request to switch from pickup to dine in shouldn’t have been handled with this level of arrogance and poor attitude. I hope management reviews who was working the front counter around 5:30 p.m. today, because this experience left a very negative impression.

    Ordered the chicken and lamb. A lot of rice but no seasoning. Chicken was dry and not enough flavor. Over all the food was did not have a great flavor. It was below average. For $30 I expected much more.

    Average food but presentation was amazing not really the food I like it but they try their best cover it up over all location was calm and Ambience was attractive employees were friendly

    I ordered the Seekh Kebab Rice platter, along with chickpeas and other sides through Uber Eats. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The seekh kebabs were especially amazing—juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Highly recommended! Definitely worth trying. I’ll be ordering again.

    This place is a joke. I ordered my meal online and received a confirmation email with a time window to pick up my order. Only to get to the restaurant and they have no record of my order. I showed them my order confirmation but the cashier just keeps nonchalantly telling me he doesn't have my order. He asks if I ordered it to to the Woodbridge location when my order confirmation clearly has the Manassas address and phone number. I reluctantly place a new order in the restaurant still not understanding what happened with my online order that I already paid for. Next thing you know, the manager from Woodbridge calls and says that they do have record of my order. So now I have to wait another 20-30 minutes when I was simply going there to pick up my online order. Next, the rude cashier with embarrassing customer service skills, comes and tells me that they refunded my order and I need to pay again. I just left the restaurant after that. 30 minutes down the drain and no food. These guys can't be serious! Terrible customer care and service. Get it together. We will NEVER be back!
