  You can’t move things it start calling assistant. BS store bd self check out. They are too much secured than Wegmans. Some prices are way too high!! BS nonsense. That self check out pisses me. Update your system ! I guys it behave wired when they see dark skin.

  Lady at the register didn’t give me the gift card I paid for and when I called they said I could get a refund and when I arrived at the store and went to customer service they said I couldn’t get my money back.

  I visited the deli today to order fried chicken for a party. I was unfamiliar with Giant's ordering process and had been told that same day orders might be possible depending on availability. The gentleman who first helped me was very kind and professional. He explained that catering orders typically require 24 hours notice and even offered to ask the deli manager, Lisa, in case there was an exception. Unfortunately, my interaction with Lisa was disappointing. She didn't greet me and immediately asked, "What do you want?" After I explained that I wanted to place an order for today, she responded, "Uh... no, sorry," with a noticeable attitude, quickly put the items she was holding away, and walked off. As she walked away, she made comments why people think they can just come in and order the same day. I apologized again explained that I was new to the process and didn't know the policy, but I still felt dismissed and disrespected. I completely understand if the deli requires 24 hours notice that wasn't the problem. The problem was the way I was treated. A polite explanation would have been more than enough. There was no reason to be rude to someone who was simply asking a question and trying to understand the policy. I truly appreciate the gentleman who helped me first. He was patient, respectful, and professional. I only wish I had received that same level of customer service from the department manager. I do want to say that this experience doesn't reflect my opinion of the entire Giant store. I won't be ordering from the deli again, but I had a completely different experience with the bakery. Josh was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process, and picking up my cake was quick and easy. I really appreciated his excellent customer service. For him five stars across the board
