  Worst grocery store I’ve ever shopped but it’s close to my house. I went in tonight to get a bottle of wine. The machine said someone will be right with you. So, I’m waiting. Start looking around. Two women, one sitting down, the other says, “You have to show her your ID.” That’s it. So I said “Show who?” She nods at the woman sitting down behind her. So, I’m waiting for her to come over. Nope, she just looks at the floor. So I walk over to her, show my ID, I’m in my 50s mind you. Then the woman standing pushes a button and I walk back to my register, pay and leave. Hindsight, I wish I had just walked out. Never shopping this store again. I will drive the extra distance to avoid this store.

  It is a grocery store; cheaper than local competitors for same brands. I like Giant but I love getting my exact same ice cream for 1/2 to 1/3 price (normal pricing) here.

  Went and I asked this girl that was working in the front short heavy set with a gold earring in her nose a question she looked at me like I insulted her personality zero they should hire people that are pleasant this this girl look like she just came from a funeral they know that they have to interact with customers if they can't do that and be pleasant about it they might as well go work in a car wash

  Never really been the biggest fan of this location. Staff is not that friendly Nor are they knowledgeable with their products. I was there two nights ago and was practically pushed out of more than one aisle by stocker. I understand that they need to do their job, But it should never be to the point where you get pushed out of an aisle and don’t even get to make a selection

  We got diapers as a gift for our newborn. I came in to exchange them for a different size, same brand, brand new in box, same price, just one size up. The customer service desk refused to allow the exchange without a receipt, because, "People steal diapers and return them for money". This was incredibly frustrating because I was trying to exchange them, not get a refund. They continued to say that this was the store policy and there was nothing they could do. I don't appreciate the implication that I was trying to steal. Walmart and Target have much better exchange policies and customer service.
