  Ordered on the kiosks to be told 10 mins later that they did not have any coffee. I asked for a refund and the manger tried to refund for a lesser amount. Had to show him the correct amount. He sat at the register being clueless how to do a proper refund for 10 mins. I finally asked for a manager he said he was the manager. His meaner was condescending and not apologizing. He was very rude and talked back to the customer. His name was Fernando. The worst experience I ever had at any establishment. How do you run out of coffee at 2 pm. He needs to fired. Has no idea what customer service is.

  Jueves mayo 07/2026 7:15. Visite este lugar como cliente y Pregunte para usar el baño. Me dirijo a hablarle a un muchacho. Dice llamarse Fernando..... y cuando le hable el se hace que no me escucha, le hable inglés, español. Le hable más fuerte por si no me escuchaba y nada... efectivamente me ignora a propósito. Luego hablo con el por su grosería. Y sale peor. Más arrogante. Diciendo que si me gustaría a mi que le hablaran fuerte. Prepotente, mal educado. Pésimo servicio de parte de el.

  Lovely staff, clean bathrooms, fast service, and yummy food!! The food was delectable — this is a top tier Dunkin location. Kiosks are easy and everything is a good experience :)

  8APR.2026 My first time in here and I was greeted with a welcoming hello. The lady took my order and another lady made my order. Everything was with a smile and polite. My berry, strawberry dragon fruit,lemonade, sparkling water refresher was delicious. Excellent first time experience in this location.
