  They act like you're inconveniencing them when you order and when they make the coffee, they don't make it right.

  I keep giving this location another chance, but they continue to get my drink wrong. I ordered an Iced Dunkalatte but they did not add a cow’s milk, what I received did not taste like it at all, dark brown coffee with ice and hass no sweetness or creamy flavor, just a bitter taste as if ingredients were missing. It also triggered my acid reflux. This location needs to improve consistency and attention to customer orders.

  Thai store needs training on customer service. Even manager assistant couldn’t help solving order issue. And she had a bad tone , she let me wait on station 1 in my car in the heat more than 10 mins because I asked her to be respectful. I wish this location be close to the one on 28 people there are awesome. It’s good idea if they can train the staff at Liberia
