  The Asian employees working today, November 12, 2026, lack the necessary competence to interact with customers. I visited your establishment today, and the Asian woman working there picked her nose right in front of a customer—and she did not wash her hands afterward. The other Asian employee—her male colleague—had absolutely no patience; he would leave a customer waiting for over 10 minutes to go attend to other tasks, only to return looking annoyed and agitated. You need new employees!!! URGENTLY. We wanted to enjoy some good ice cream, but the attitude of their employees was terrible. We ended up going to Sweet Frog instead—the service there was excellent.

  Man at counter was borderline rude. This Dairy Queen does not participate in the $7 meal deal because it's too good of a deal for them to make money on. They want you to buy a four-piece chicken basket plus a soda that would roughly be at least $14 verses $7 for the three-piece meal deal that includes a soda and sundae. I have never been to a Dairy Queen that did not have the $7 meal deal. A medium blizzard is almost $9 here. I can tell you for a fact that Dairy Queen's in a neighboring state that I frequent cost at least $2 less for everything that you purchase at Virginia Dairy Queen locations. Will never be returning here again and I should have went to Nathan's Dairy bar where I could have gotten a large cone for under $5 that was about a foot tall.

  Sincerely greeting customers is one way employees demonstrate pride in their workplace. As soon as we entered this Dairy Queen earlier today, we received a hospitable welcome from the gentleman behind the counter. It's encouraging to meet employees at fast food restaurants who take pride in and ownership of an establishment that is not necessarily theirs. When I mentioned I didn't see hot dogs on the lighted wall menu, the same employee not only mentioned they had them, but added they were served three different ways; then proceeded to name each of them. I chose a chili-cheese dog as a combo with fries and a soda. The fries I might add were piping hot, lightly golden, and cooked with just the right amount of crispness on the outside; and the hot dog hit the spot. In addition to receiving excellent service and delicious food at a decent price, it was nice to eat in a restaurant with a clean dining area. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch!

  I usually go to Dairy Queen as a late night pick up but today I had a visit experience which I believe will be my last time at this place me and my friend went over to buy 2 6 piece chicken basket from the start the guy taking my order kept giving us looks and stares once we placed and order we sat down to wait for the order once we received it and sat down to enjoy our food the guy who had took en our approached and told us to leave or he will the police and accused us of “smoking” in the bathroom due to him “smelling weed” and “vapes” we proceeded to tell him we had not smoked in the bathroom then he proceeded to ask us to empty out our pockets or he would call the police the which we showed our pockets were empty and all I had was my wallet and phone he then walked away from our table and accused the next table of “smoking” in the bathroom this was a really unprofessional behavior coming from that guy and I will ask for the OWNER TO PLEASE TAKE MATTERS AND TRAIN HIS EMPLOYEES GOOD ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

  Oh my goodness these cheese curds are so good! You don't need a sauce on them because they are that good! Ive shared with friends and once they taste them they go back for more! Save yourself the trouble and just buy 2 large!
