  Review I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience today. I stopped at this Chipotle after getting off work because I was hungry and was really looking forward to enjoying my meal. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized my bowl was almost empty and didn’t have nearly enough rice or the other ingredients I ordered. For the price I paid, I expected a much better portion. I’m a regular customer and always choose this location, and this has never happened to me before, which makes it even more disappointing. I hope the team can do better in the future and make sure customers are receiving the portions and food they’re paying for. I really wanted to enjoy my meal, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. Thank you.

  For a while now, I have been experiencing discriminatory behavior from the employees at Chipotle. They mock me and refuse to provide me with service. Once I reported the issue to the manager, who appears to be an overweight woman, she cursed at me in Spanish and threw packages at me. Please require them to take customer service and behavioral training courses.

  It’s good when the meats are not too salty. Sometimes it’s just WAY too salty. Otherwise, this place is pretty decent. The staff is very polite and friendly.

  DO BETTER! We are paying for our CRAP NOT GETTING IT FOR FREE. This is not my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, every visit has been a disappointing experience. I have given this place multiple chances, hoping the customer service would improve, but each visit has been worse than the last. The biggest issue is the attitude of the employees. Every time I come here, I encounter staff who are rude, unprofessional, and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. Instead of feeling welcomed, I leave feeling frustrated and disrespected. Simple questions are often met with an unfriendly attitude, and it feels as though providing good customer service is the last thing on their minds. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location. It’s disappointing because customer service plays a huge role in whether customers choose to return, and this location consistently fails to meet even the minimum expectations. I sincerely hope management takes these complaints seriously and invests in better customer service training. No customer should have to repeatedly deal with such poor treatment.

  I ordered my food off of the app and it took 30 minutes to prepare now I’m at home eating my food and I found a onion and beans in the bowl when I never got onions or beans
