I visited with my family of six, and from the beginning, Maria seemed annoyed whenever we asked to sample a flavor. She repeatedly made unpleasant facial expressions that made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by trying to decide what to order. When I ordered a triple scoop, I specifically asked to be charged for a triple scoop, with the third scoop placed in a separate bowl so the ice cream wouldn’t fall over. Maria refused and insisted on billing it as a double scoop and a single scoop instead, even though I had clearly requested a triple scoop. It was frustrating that such a simple and reasonable request couldn’t be accommodated. The most upsetting part happened during checkout. The mobile app wouldn’t load because there was little to no network signal inside the store. I told Maria I was stepping a few feet away to get a signal so I could complete the payment. Before I could even explain further, she loudly called out to me in front of everyone, as if I were trying to leave without paying. It was humiliating to be treated like a thief in front of other customers and my family. Everyone can have a bad day, but treating customers with suspicion, impatience, and disrespect is unacceptable. Maria’s attitude completely ruined what should have been a fun family outing. I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t have to go through the same embarrassing experience.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
