  Food was ok but service not great. The guy at the drive thru acted as if he didn't want to be there. He almost forgot my drinks and didn't give napkins or the sauce I asked for. Both sandwiches were missing pickles and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Just hard cheese. It left much to be desired. I will say, the chicken sandwich was nice and crisp.

  Visited Arby's late recently and this was my experience. Ordered a large crinkle cut fries and a chicken sandwich. Initially, I received the wrong fries in my order. "No biggie, I'll just go in and get them changed", I thought. That was until I saw the man who attended me toss the curly fries I brought in BACK INTO the fry bin. I was appalled, but didn't mention anything because it was late and I didn't want to keep my sister waiting. As displeased as I was to see that, I still ate my fries because I had already paid for them and I was REALLY hungry. I had my sandwich at home, but I couldn't finish it because the consistency of the chicken was very off... It was disgusting, to be fully honest. Weirdly wet/fleshy. I won't be having anymore food from Arby's after this experience.

  I asked for a medium roast beef and cheddar and they gave me a regular roast beef plain. Unfortunately I was home when I realized the mistake.
