I went through the drive-through this morning at approximately 9:46 AM and ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel, two hash browns, and a biscuit with gravy. When I got to the pickup window, I was only given one hash brown instead of two.
The gentleman at the window was very nice and polite, and I appreciate the way he handled the situation. However, when he informed the manager who was packing the food that I was missing a hash brown, she immediately developed an attitude, rolled her eyes, and insisted that she had put two in the bag. I calmly explained that there was only one. She then made a rude comment about the employee having to pay for it because they hadn’t charged me for the extra hash brown. I even offered to pay for it myself, but she continued to be rude, telling me to hurry up while rolling her eyes and giving me an angry look.
To make matters worse, when I got back to work, I discovered that my order was STILL WRONG! Instead of the steak, egg, and cheese bagel I ordered, I was given a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel.
It’s absolutely ridiculous to have this much trouble just trying to receive the food you paid for. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers with disrespect when they are being polite and simply asking for their order to be corrected.
The manager’s attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. The gentleman at the window was the only positive part of this experience. Management needs to understand that customer service matters, and the way customers are treated reflects directly on the business.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would like to speak directly with a district manager regarding this incident. I believe this situation deserves further attention, and I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss how this was handled. Customers should not have to deal with disrespectful behavior simply because they are trying to receive the correct order they paid for.
I will seriously think twice before returning. Better customer service, professionalism, and attention to order accuracy are desperately needed.

I’m assuming it’s the breakfast manager/supervisor but she always acts as if she is inconvenienced by people coming there in the morning. It’s quite irritating when I come off of a 12 hour shift and get met with her rude attitude. Looks at you like you are the worst person on earth for coming there. It’s annoying.
This location has had repeated issues with drive‑thru service. On multiple visits, I’ve sat in one lane without being greeted while the other lane moves normally. It has happened in both lanes, and I’ve had to initiate the greeting myself just to place an order.
I also consistently order a plain hamburger, yet they give me a plain cheeseburger. The receipt even said “plain cheeseburger, no cheese,” which seems to confuse the kitchen staff. When I brought it back for correction, they handed me a replacement within seconds, which I appreciated — until I realized they had simply rewrapped the same cheeseburger and given it back to me. The employees appeared to find it amusing, but at that point it was clear this location is no longer worth visiting.

I was served by a woman named Michele today. She is one of the managers. And I just wanted to comment on her kindness and excellent attitude. She brought the food to my table and treated me like she was my own daughter. Some people have the gift of nurturing good thoughts. We all have it, but most of it do not care to express as much as Michelle. Although it is rare, such kindness should always be rewarded with a review and a thank you. God bless you, Michelle, and bless all of those good thoughts that you think every moment, because the world is a better place and all of us are hungry for the higher Spirit.
This was quite literally the WORST McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I pulled up to an EMPTY drive-thru, placed my order, asked for spicy nuggets, and was flat-out told no in such a mean tone, when I asked why they had no reason and just said no. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s where they simply refuse to give you an item you’re asking for, especially when the drive-thru is completely empty.
The customer service was absolutely ridiculous. I ended up driving off and going to Chick-fil-A instead, and honestly, that experience immediately reminded me what actual customer service is supposed to look like. Chick-fil-A would NEVER handle a customer like this.
If you’re going to refuse a simple request with zero explanation or effort, then don’t be surprised when customers take their money somewhere else. I genuinely don’t understand how this location thinks that kind of service is acceptable. Save yourself the frustration and go to Chick-fil-A. I wish I had just gone there in the first place.
