  Huge shout out to Chris and his closing staff. After closing the store not only did he allow my family to use the restrooms he allowed us to make one final purchase before pulling his last drawer. I drove an 18 wheeler so accessibility isn't always around he accommodated my family thanks again man you need a raise

  Being the first Food Lion I have stopped at in over twelve years, I had a good experience here. I snapped these pictures, because it was a nostalgic and resonant experience, believe or not. Halfway between Shenandoah and Charlottesville, I want to thank both Food Lion and VA Route 29 which combine to make nice aesthetic photo opportunities.
