  I wish I could give zero stars. First visit, I waited over an hour for my food and I didn’t get it until I walked inside and asked for a refund. Second visit was okay, staff was rude but order didn’t take forever. Tonight the lady in the drive thru wouldn’t let my husband finish ordering food and completely ignored him when he tried to explain he had one more order to give. Everyone should avoid that place, if you want McDonald’s go to Amherst or Lynchburg.

  They literally had seven workers between about 20 gas and it took 30 minutes to make a fish fillet doesn’t matter what day you will have a 30+ minute weight on average maybe corporate doesn’t realize it when they clear screen early

  Should be 0 stars. Went inside to order, Very rude customer service! The lady didnt get my order right acted like it was my fault. After I waited what seemd like forever. While I was waiting I noticed how nothing seemed clean, stuff on the floor. And multiple other people's orders was messed up as well. I will never be going to that location again.

  The worst McDonald's we've ever been to, get to the 1st drive-thru window and the man just stood there looking at his screen instead of opening the window to let us know we were at the right one, went to the second window and complained which did no good and they couldn't tell us how much the food was and said they didn't use paper coupons, so we had to pull off and go to Burger King!
