- DLDanielle Litchford5 days ago2.0It’s our first time visiting this location since they opened a week ago. We placed a mobile pickup order which wasn’t ready until about 40 minutes after our pickup time. There was a consistent group of people also waiting longer than expected for their mobile orders. The staff were friendly despite seeming very frustrated. The restaurant wasn’t packed by any means so the delay was confusing. My hard shell tacos were wrapped up in tinfoil (which was a first for me at Chipotle) and it looked like all of their paper bags had the same rip on the corner. It just feels like maybe they weren’t particularly ready to open their doors but did it anyways. They need to regroup pretty badly.

The green peppers and onions were the same. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!! The dining area was filthy. You would think everything would have clean and fresh at 5 o'clock. That dinner time!!!

The food was seasoned well, fresh, and delicious. The team operated like a well-oiled machine. There was a long line, but we weren’t in it for very long. I’m so happy to have a Chipotle closer to home
