    No roast beef with box plus three. You make it sound like you are doing everyone a favor by adding a chicken sandwich. Roast beef is your best sandwich but I guess you won’t make any money on that. Don’t care about your regular customers do you?

    Worst chicken sandwich ever at an Arby's. If I wasn't at my hotel room I would have taken it back. Chicken was overcooked and smaller than normal. Waited 15 minutes behind a guy in the drivethru who had a mobile order which has its own spot to pickup inside. Waited 5 minutes at window for my food. Asked for Horsey and Bronco sauce. Got 1 packet of Horsey plus 1 ketchup. Had to go inside for the Bronco sauce.

    Rating 2 stars because I never got food waiting in the drive through. To be fair the drive through clerk asked me to hold on, but after a while I just left. It’s not uncommon, most Arby’s I’ve been too are like this where they only work skeleton crews and the drive though clerk also cooks. When I pulled around I saw him walking back up from the back so I assumed that’s what happened.

    They gave my food to someone else by accident and instead of remaking it they gave me the food that someone started to eat on. The guy in front of me went back into the Restaurant I just thought man they got his food wrong. I get my online order after waiting on them to correct his order. I get home and start to eat and find a open ketchup pack beside my fries. I DO NOT EAT KETCHUP! THAT MAN HAD MY FOOD AND ATE SOME AND THEY GAVE IT TO ME!! I called up there and the GM Rob said he was sorry and will remake it when i decide to come back there. I am going there today but I definately will be asking for my money because they cannot be trusted. Gave me old fondled food instead of remaking it. I AM CALLING CORPORATE. SOMEONE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONDIBLE!!

    This store and it's team is amazing!! The manager fixed my friend's GrubHub stolen order. He delivered when GH didn't. Thank you!!!
