  I spoke to multiple people only for them to argue with me about my order. Money debited from my account, points/rewards ALL gone and no food. I had a coworker picking up my food for me because I am in a training all day and we only get a 10 min break per 90 mins. Needless to say, I am pretty hungry and all I received was terrible customer service. I could hear the manager yelling in the background, they refused to give me the regional or district manager's contact information. I was hung up on multiple times. The manager finally decided she wanted to make my order, and to be quite honest, I don't know about anyone else, but I just dont feel comfortable having people who talked down to me and argued with me about an order that I placed, paid money for, and used ALL of my points, making my food. One employee told me that bc we used the same payment platform that I basically didn't know what I was talking about. In total I feel like I spoke to about 6 people, in which an employee told me to stop being sarcastic, I said I'm not being sarcastic you asked me a question and I gave a pretty direct answer. This may be mean, but at this point I don't care, i'm not sure the lady knew the definition of sarcasm, but moving on, I asked for the regional or district manager after asking to speak to a manager, the manager NEVER GOT ON THE PHONE WITH ME, I could hear her yelling in the background and they were unable to give me the regional or district manager's number. I repeatedly was railroaded given a number I thought was customer service only to be transfered to a physical store in Memphis, TN, I am in VA. This was hands down the worst experience in fast food I have ever had. The employees working today were the worst I've ever had to deal with. If I could give a 0 I would which is completely out of character bc when I ordered there before the employee was great, this was not the case today.

  The manager Renee is always the best! When she is there, everything runs great! Food is ready on time, hot and fresh. She's always super friendly and willing to help in anyway she can. I eat at this location quite often, and when she is there, its perfect!
