Very unhappy with this papa John’s order was delivered with out the drinks and pizza was cold and upside down. Called store on hold for 45 minutes manager who he said he was said they would send out new order never showed up. Went to the store next day ask for manager and she said the guy that talked with me was not a manager, explained what had happened to her she would not refund my money but offered me a drink. Never order there again will dispute charge with my bank to get the refund. No wander Shaq is trying to unload Papa John’s.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Placed an order for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. Only one pizza and cheese sticks was delivered. I called the store to request my pizza be remade and sent to which summer and bri continued to give me a hard time stating they are certain they sent 3 boxes out. Understandably frustrated, I had my voiced slightly raised when the representatives (bri and summer) offered absolutely no resolution and was threatened that they would refuse service since I was being “rude” I explained I have a ring doorbell with video footage that clearly show only 2 boxes being delivered and offered to show them to which they still offered no resolution. They claimed to have called GM Mary who advised they were unable to remake it and we would have call back the next morning to speak with her. To note: I ordered through papa John’s, NOT DOORDASH. Don’t waste your time, this place is a joke. Managers need basic customer service training.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery. I waited 30 min after the time it was suppose to arrive, as soon as I called, they told me the Doordasher was on the way. Nearly 45 min later and the doordasher is almost at the papa johns. This isn't the first time this happened. One time it took so long to get our order that I left to get food elsewhere. When I got back, the delivery driver was at our door. We waited over an hour and a half. Hire more drivers. The food is good, though and going in the store is usually good. The delivery has been awful.
