  I ordered a cheese and bacon quarter pounder, I was almost finished with it before my sister noticed it was pink on the inside, I took it back and got a full refund, I want to thank the man working who heped me out, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name.

  The staff at the Old Forest Road McDonald’s were professional, courteous, and kept the line moving even during a busy time and although I needed to go inside because my order was wrong; they were respectful and made the experience less difficult. The manager corrected my order and his customer service was truly appreciate.

  The playground at this location has the LOUDEST buzzer noise ever. It scared my 1 and 3 year olds to the point where they were crying and I had to leave. I asked someone if they could turn it off or turn the volume down and they said they couldn’t. There’s doors installed to enter the playground so I guess that is a common complaint at this location? I also never go to McDonald’s but was trying to take my kids to eat and play for a fun outing. I ordered a kids meal on the app and they forgot the extra fry that was supposed to be in the meal for my kids and I didn’t realize until after I got home from trying to leave so frantically due to the noise scaring my children. And to top it off we had a horrible experience in the parking lot trying to leave (which is unrelated to their service but still unpleasant). Just avoid this place😅😅
