It seems they just randomly close the restaurant with no notice, and then leave theirselves online with DoorDash allowing orders to be auto accepted only for the driver to get there and find the restaurant is closed. 2nd time tonight this occurred leaving almost $60 left pending I have to deal with through DoorDash. Not sure if I will bother ordering again in the future online so as to not waste my money not knowing if the store truly is open.

We ordered the Sando Combo with hot sauce, the 6-piece breaded wings combo with the traditional hot dry rub, and of course their always-great waffle fries. Everything was fresh, flavorful, hot and cooked perfectly. This place has that local divey side street, feel and look!! What really stood out to me personally was the staff, at this location, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went the extra mile for us. Great food and even better service. I hope to be back again!!

I was so excited to come back for my final year and had an experience so bad I figured it warranted my first Google review ever. We ordered our food and sat outside for an hour (the air conditioning was out). After an hour, they gave us food from another person’s order and never quite figured it out. (We had to figure that out on our own.) Staff was unhelpful and would look at us and snicker while we waited when they thought we weren’t looking. We were super thirsty after a long drive and when we asked if they had bottled waters we were told we could “just have coke”. Seems like this place has really lost whatever made it special. So sad.

But, they didn’t tell us that nor offer a solution when our meal took over an hour. When we did receive it, it was incorrect and we paid for drinks they didn’t have and weren’t offered a refund. This used to be one of my son’s favorite places to come with friends from college a few months ago and this new ownership has made it where he says he won’t come back after this experience.
