The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and our food came out quickly. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to whenever I’m craving great chicken!

I called a young lady working there was incredibly nice and said that she would replace my meal with something else and would give me my money back. When I went back to the store the manager asked me where was the chicken that I had and I told her the previous lady I spoke with told me I didn't need to bring it. She then wanted to upcharge me $6 to switch out the boneless bites for traditional wings which is stupid because the boneless bites were about the same price as the wings. Plus I had to drive back twice to get my food right. The bone-in wings were disgusting. They were tough. I couldn't even break them apart. I will never go back there again. The manager was unapologetic and didn't want to accommodate me. She just said that this is how the boneless chicken comes. They don't fix it. What do you mean? You don't fix it like I don't want chicken that is full of fat. It wasn't just breading. It was like pieces of fat in it. I will never go back again. Biggest waste of my money. I don't need free food but I do expect you to an order if it's wrong but I'll never go back.
