  My husband and I took our daughter there for her graduation as per her request . Biggest disappointment ever!! First the menu was sooo limited due to graduation weekend and I was not told that when I made the reservation weeks in advance . The food was eh. And we were very rushed . We were told we had to order everything all in one shot because it was a busy weekend . We were there at 4:45 pm and it was empty by the way . The music was so loud and so not appropriate for a family atmosphere . I mean they changed the menu for graduation right? Yet they are blasting 80s music? At an Italian restaurant ? My bill came to just shy of 200$. They graciously gave me the choice to tip 20,22 or 25 percent ?! And the best part is they have it figured for you so you are tipping on the total with tax! Not the subtotal ! Very unprofessional . And when I aired my grievances before I left in a respectful way , the woman looked at me like a deer in the headlights and said I’m sorry . I had reservations at 3 other nicer restaurants that night and cancelled them all to go to Fratellis . I guess that was my mistake ….

  The service was great! However, the food was not good especially for the price point. It tasted old and bland, and the quality was not good. It reminded me of a microwave meal. The salmon I got was very fishy, and the asparagus had a terrible flavor. Olive Garden is much better and a much better price point.

  Came in for the Mother's Day Special and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious, the restaurant is beautiful and service great. This is our 3rd visit and they have all been excellent!

  I tried calling to ask about a reservation and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. I was met with short, one word answers and made to feel like I was an idiot for calling them. A place that claims to be upscale should boast excellent customer service, but they have lost my business.

  My wife and I had the best anniversary dinner at Fratelli! The mozz sticks were the best in town and Chicken Parm tasted homemade. The service and ambiance were awesome and the waitress was super friendly. We had a hard time picking what food and drinks to get because it all sounded so delicious. Definitely going back!
