  This is by far the best Chipotle around. The people are always kind and generous and hard working. The people who are complaining about slow service and lack of ingredients have probably not worked in the food industry before. These guys at Timberlake Chipotle get absolutely SLAMMED with business and still maintain their composure, good attitude, and diligence. We’re very happy every time we go there.

  They had half a container of white rice that ran out after a few people ordered. We assumed they had another container of rice ready but was told they didn’t have any and that they were starting more but it would be 27 minutes until it was ready. How do you not have extra main ingredients ready at lunch time on a weekend?! None of the employees were prepping more food and the restaurant was empty when we arrived so it wasn’t due to being busy. This chipotle seems very very poorly managed as there always seems to be an issue when we stop in!

  It’s 7:31 and a line out the door. One person is on the line making food. During peak hours, I’ve never seen only 1 person on the line. It’s unacceptable truthfully. From 5-8, you lock in & this location (Timberlake) failed to do so. Currently been here since 7:19. Have only moved an inch. :)

  This is usually my favorite chipotle in the area to go to, but today I was beyond disappointed. The rice was not cooked all the way at all and some of the pieces were actually CRUNCHY. The beans and barbacoa were both very bland. The container that the meat had been in must of had some peppers and onions(which I cannot eat) fall into it so when the meat was put in my bowl a bunch of them were also present. I can’t have much dairy, so I asked for very light cheese and instead was given such a large amount that it actually was falling out the sides of the bowl. It’s very frustrating as someone with so many dietary restrictions to eat out anywhere, so this was highly disappointing and unacceptable. Having foods fall into all the different containers has been a problem for a while now but this was definitely the worst I have experienced.

  I wanted to address my experience today because it felt very unprofessional. I stood at the line for about 15 minutes while an employee had his back turned to me, turned around and clearly saw me multiple times, then went right back to what he was doing without acknowledging me at all. Another employee finished changing sauces and walked away from the line instead of helping. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so the lack of service and communication was frustrating. A simple greeting or “we’ll be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. So then I decided that I was going to place an order online and thinking about the window I got my food and found out the rice wasn't done all the way" it was hard" it's disgusting I was going to go in there but what would be the use after just waiting 15 minutes in the line where no one was what was quite concerning so I didn't bother them with my problems I just know I will be taking my money somewhere else I was the fool I should have known to take my money somewhere else definitely after the first experience
