  The girl making my bowl seemed like she could care less about what I wanted. Seemed annoyed I was ordering. Then the guy making the chicken came up and started having a conversation with her saying he isn’t staying, he doesn’t give a shit and carrying on about how annoyed he is. Absolute disaster of a working crew and place! My bowl was put in my bag without the lid pushed down so when I got home to open it the top came off and it spilled. If you don’t want to work there, then find another job.

  Never ever order a burrito online, it will be small and now it might even be gross. The small portions online is a known problem but it is so far beyond not worth it, which sucks when going in person isn’t an option. But learn from my mistakes: you cannot order burritos from Chipotle online anymore.

  Customer service is something I very much value. My experience at this Chipotle was explicitly sub-par. The individual that prepared my bowl was extremely rude and unpleasant with asking what I would like on my bowl. There was no hello with a smile, and I did not appreciate that I had to initiate a hello. I would love to see further coaching to their staff of what they can do to improve the customer experience here. The food was very good, and no complaints there.

  Looks like I experienced the same wonderful staff member another customer had. I’ve eaten here many times with no issues but the attendant making bowls was not pleasant. The lady with the nose ring could learn a thing or two about customer experience. You shouldn’t make your customer feel like they’re inconveniencing you when they’re spending money at your establishment. Would have preferred another employee to interact with.

  Manager with blond hair and glasses was very rude. Me and my buddy went to a different chipotle a day before and have been getting the same thing for years. A bowl with chicken and rice. He tried to tell us that it would be the cost of a regular bowl. If yall don’t know this is classified as a 3 point meal and it should be cheaper since we don’t get toppings. We explained that we get this daily and know how it’s supposed to be. He informed us that this was a “new policy” chipotle started a month ago. We left. We want to a chipotle down the street and got a bowl for the correct price. Kick rocks nerds you’re lucky we didn’t get angry.
