  If I could give ZERO stars I would! I had never had an issue as I had today with this chipotle location! I received the wrong bowl and was not able to turn around right away due to heading out of town. I did not save bowl or bag and returned to the store the next day to explain what had happened. The person who called her self the manager daneisha? Was a nasty person with no customer service what so ever. I asked to speak to someone above her and she told me there was no one above her that she is the store manager and general manager! I will not be returning to this store at all ever again due to her and the mix up but mostly her! I hope chipotle enjoys the $17 they got out of me because never will I come to this location again!

  This location was so dirty inside we had to leave, walked up to cava which was spotless. Trash was on the ground as we walked in, then where you order the food was so disgusting we left.

  Girl at the front said "No we aren't out of chips we are just waiting for the truck to bring more so we can fry them." What kind of reply is that and how is it that the KM can't order a truck because this happens so often here. They also let me walk out of the store without telling me that my item wasn't in the order. I had to walk back in, very pitiful staff.

  Lazy staff that cares more about leaving on time than serving customers. Wouldn’t take my order at 9:55 when they closed at 11pm. Said they already cleaned up and didn’t want to serve me. That’s the difference between showing up for a pay check and caring about what you do. Wish the owner the best of luck but he is down one customer.

  I only left one star because it’s a requirement to leave a review. I have went to this location many times in the past years. A couple of times I’ve had this same experience with this rude worker. Her whole vibe is just dark and she acts as if the customers make her sick. I had decided that I wouldn’t go back anymore, but when my son came home and complained about this same girl last night, I knew something needed to be done. My son is literally the most respectful person ever, and this chick had the audacity to get an attitude with him because she screwed up and gave him the wrong order. She slammed his food into the bowl and refused to acknowledge him when he asked why she had such a bad attitude. What’s worse is that the manager was aware of this and done nothing. This store is thrash, and never has everything they should. I will be taking this complaint further, because cooperate needs to be made aware of what’s going on! Please DO NOT waste your money or your time at this location! Very disappointing.
