  Customer service got my order wrong after saying it twice I asked for hash browns. They were not in the bag after we'd already paid for them. Never go to this Chick-fil-A absolutely horrible location.

  I love chick fil-a ,especially; theyre waffle fries, and strawberry milkshake. They have a variety of drinks. They have a drive thru, curbside, and dine in, and tables outside to eat on patio.

  Today I addressed an issue that happened to me with their new cups they have! Twice! I've had to detail my truck because the lids pop off the cups! And lemonade soaked through my carpet completely, and it was not easy to get up the first time I said I'll take that loss the second time my door was sticking together it had soaked so far which could cause a mold issue so I called and spoke with a very rude manager named Savannah H. She told me on the phone I'll refund your order and I said okay! So I headed over on my way to wards road, and I got there I spoke to another girl and she said oh yea I hate those cups it's happened before with another lady and I said im sure it has they just dont fit and ut will ruin someone's expensive clothes one day if not rectified! My truck being detailed 3 times within a month is crazy because of chick fil a lemonade and drink cups! This young lady said I can refund the drinks i said thats not what she said my detail costs more than the drinks she said the manager wasn't there then she went and got her, she came out and said just the drinks and it's not really our problem, so I told her grab a cup and put drink in it and hold it the way a person holds a cup! She refused and got really irreverent with me and rude and started saying please calm down and I was def calm I looked around like huh? She said it's nothing wrong woth our cups, but obviously it is!!!! She does not need to be a manager and be careful going to this location and dealing with such a rude manager that can't contain herself and be respectful and honest! Never going back! Done with chick fil a!!! This manager savanna needs some training again on how to handle customers im sure it's nit her first rodeo and what is it so hard to refund someone I recorded the entire phone conversation and in person interaction and hearing it back disgusts me!!! You couldn't pay me to look that way again when I pass by!! She then told me that she doesn't have a Corporate office and there is no manager over her and no district manager and finally she told me a guy named Rocky was over her snf she didn't know when they'd be back! So doing that type if stuff is very dishonest and untrustworthy in my eyes and many others! I will upload the recordings if need be!
