  Everything in their menu is delicious for fast food. The staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and given to you quickly in the drive thru.

  HORRID EXPERIENCE DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. I tried to order a 12 count nugget today and get it in a salad bowl which I was also willing to pay for and they would not sell it to me. Make it make sense!!! Why can’t I buy a nugget salad hold the salad???? Why??? Disgusting treatment with NO intellectual reasoning whatsoever.

  Every time I visit, I am reminded why this place is so popular because the service is always incredibly fast and polite. The chicken is consistently juicy and fresh, and those waffle fries are the perfect snack to go along with a meal. I really appreciate how clean the dining area and restrooms are kept, even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. It is a super reliable spot for a quick bite where you know exactly what you are going to get and that it will be delicious. The staff always goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need with a smile.

  I hate to leave a bad review. I am a huge fan of supporting local businesses. Unfortunately I have no choice but to leave this in hopes that someone at this location might see it (or at corporate). Our family of 7 has experienced 4 different times when our drive through order was missing an item. The first two times it was a sandwich, and then a fry. I understand things get busy at rush hour and can be missed. The third time my salad was missing in an order for our family's dinner. That was a huge bummer because then I didn't have anything to eat. At that time I tried to call the store, but no one answered the phone even though I called three times in a row. Having not much time to deal with these sorts of things, I just left it as is. Well, a month or so later we decided to try again. Unfortunately this fourth time was the worst of all. We ordered food for our whole family for dinner in the drive-thru, and then when I got home surprise surprise my 4 kids meals were all missing their chicken! All they had to eat for dinner was fruit. Now this time I did actually check the bag to confirm the order, before I left the building, however I didn't look inside the kids' meal bags because everything was stuffed into a single bag and they were difficult to get to. I saw 4 bags. When I got home I was completely furious that yet again this team failed to provide us with the food we paid for. I called the store four times over the course of an hour and nobody ever picked up the phone. Then I called corporate, and all they could do was send an email to the store manager on my behalf. Unfortunately the only communication that I have received was an auto reply email from said manager, offering two free kids meals. I'm sorry, but this is really lame. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from Chick-fil-A and especially given our lengthy history of issues with this location, I expected a real human being to reply to me and give me a phone call. We will not be coming again. I have racked up thousands of points at Chick-fil-A, but we won't be patronizing this establishment anymore.
