  Food was fine and service was as well, but ordered some beers and my lost coast tasted "off". Had a lot of Lost coast tangerine wheat beer, and this one tasted like the bar lines were dirty or the keg (overly bitter finish). Brought it up to the waitress and after checking with the bartender, said "all sales are final"... disapointing! Guess I will have to ask to taste my selection next time before I order a tall. Would rather not pay for an "off" beer and hoping it is not dirty lines...

  After waiting an hour and 15 mins, food coming out cold and chicken extremely hard and old. I had to go else where to eat. Only had one drink, server came to table 2 times. Spoke to manager, what a joke. Place has went down hill.

  I placed an online order and because it doesn't give you any options to say how you would like your food prepared I called to the restaurant and asked could they cook my wings crispy and the person answering the phone said because I wanted to do that it would turn into an hour wait so I said well since I already paid is it anyway to get my money back no response and then they hung up after waiting I received my food and it still wasn't how I asked which is insane to me it's like they don't care that you're spending your money for what you are asking for I'll be taking a break from them for a while

  The 2nd time we ate at this location and it's as if we were invisible. We were seated quickly despite a group of 8, but then we waited...and waited...we waited so much I ask the host if he notified a server. When she finally arrived, it was the same lady that walked past us no less than a dozen times with zero acknowledgement and the same one I made eye contact with after she was up front messing with her cellphone. She did not offer much assistance, did not upsell, did not keep us hydrated, and overall was not the right person for the job. The food was good, though my tots were not warm. Since this was the 2nd visit with crap service, BWW gets a 1 overall ( this location).

  Waited 2 hours for our food. We had a large party of 16, and the manager was not helpful or accommodating at all. After waiting for 1:30-2 for our food, we asked the manager if this was an acceptable amount of time to wait and he said yes. It was a Saturday night and it did not seem overtly busy. Manager claimed the rest of the food was not out because he had to talk to me. Waitress rarely checked on us and eventually I had to go to the bar to try and pay our tab plus ask for remaining meals. Do not go here with a large party. 4/18/28 at 6:30 if you need to check who was working
