  Ordered online at 4:00 for a pick up time of 5:30 Ordered one of your tailgate meals $60 +- pulled in the parking lot at 5:28 pull into the drive up line one person ahead and no one behind the person ahead took some time to order no big deal, my turn cam she said drive around, person in front got her order of several boxes of chicken in less than five minutes so I know she got my chicken... I pull up and the girl say can you pull forward we are waiting on chicken so I do only to sit there for a god damn 30 minutes waiting, WHY? Now minutes mind you it is a TAILGATE meal so we will need EVERYTHING required for that type of situation, napkins, eating utensils, cups and plates i belive this serves four what did we get No plates Two sporks 4 napkins And two cups of tea not the 1/2 gallon as advertised! And I want to know why!!

  Cook is great! He makes fresh food and very quick. Everyone better be nice to him! He really cares about his job. As for the "managers" there. ...get new ones. Especially skinny girl with glasses. Attitude with new customers won't get you very far. Ordered on app. Apparently she goes by her own rules compared to how the app accepts orders. Sorry I'm not a store mind reader that this specific store only starts serving bo bites at 11am....sorry but app says 10:30am. First time I(myself) actually placed an order on the app. She acted like it wasnt her problem yet we already paid for the food. Mehh cooked made it right. Thanks to him. Again, everything would have been ok but I just didnt like her attitude especially to someone who already paid.

  Why did my sandwich come like this. I want someone to reach out and replace my order. The food was half way on the bun and smashed down.

  AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!! Ordered two large family meals for pickup worth over $100. At first they tried to give me the wrong order, two bags full of combos. I was then accused of having sent some ahead of me who had already gotten my order.….BUT yet they’d just tried handing me the wrong order… I started complaining and I was yelled at for complaining while still being accused of sending someone else. Finally the manager called the person that she SOMEHOW KNEW who picked up the food. She verified with them the name that they used to pickup the order (not mine). She then yelled at the customer over the phone for picking up the wrong order and then her employees. After being forced to wait an extra 20 + minutes, I was asked if I wanted honey or hot sauce but was NEVER offered an apology for her mistake! I’ve NEVER had a “restaurant” manager yell at me for the store’s, their employee or their own mistake. As expensive as food is, the last thing I want is to get verbal abuse from being a customer. I’ve tried submitting a complaint to their corporate website, let’s see if they will take any accountability or provide any apology.
