    Went thru drive thru and got home and 1/2 my order was missing. Get fries but no sandwich. Terrible service. This something that should it happen.

    I made a mobile order for 3 sandwiches. 2 chicken sandwiches and one roast beef with several extra toppings. I picked it up at the drive through. When I got home one sandwich was missing and when I opened the wrapper that said roast beef, it had a chicken sandwich with the toppings I ordered on the roast beef sandwich.

    We tried Arby's box deals tonight. I hope they never do away with it. I got the $9.99 French dip box. Perfectly packed and plenty of food.
