  Visiting from Charlotte, NC. Maddie was awesome. Very sweet and helpful. We got the blondie, cookie butter and cinnamon roll. It was delicious.

  I love 7 Brew. Blondie and Brunette German Chocolate are my favorites. The people are amazing also.

  I asked for one of the new fancy soda drinks that was made with sprite. I have no idea what it is called but saw the sign from the road. apparently the employee thought I just wanted sprite. So I paid $5 for sprite in a plastic cup. Embarrassing Also I definitely saw them hand it to the car in front of me and that car handed it back to them. Then they gave it to me. How do I know the person in that car didn't take a drink out of it?

  The service here is always so friendly and engaging. The staff seem to enjoy their jobs, even if it is a job requirement for them to conversate with the customer. The lines are long, and move at a fair speed. However, the drinks are a little inconsistent and sometimes not that great. The staff don't pay as much attention to detail and you'll get cups dripping with cream down the sides or a short straw for a large drink. I also do not like how you're prompted to tip on every order, although I know it is company-wide and not location specific. I prefer the other location because I'm paying for a constently good drink, not a friendly and engaging experience with a less than good drink.
