  I always have a great experience at 7 Brew! I go to this specific location all the time, and it’s honestly my favorite one—I love coming here! The service is always amazing, and everyone is so friendly. Special shoutout to Carson for being so helpful and making my experience even better. Great customer service all around! ☕️😊

  I did not know what I wanted so I asked Lyric to pick something that she think I would like and the option she gave me I don’t remember what it was but all I know is that it was absolutely amazing. Shout out to my server Lyric absolutely amazing service

  Always a great experience at 7 brew on Timberlake! This is my favorite 7 brew location in the city. I visit weekly and have my order made correctly every time. The staff is very friendly and always provides good service.

  Ever sinc 7 brew started in Virginia they are the only thing I get. My order has been the same since day one. Sweet and salty original iced. I like the simplicity the salty offset with the sweet and that it's not overly sweet and tastes like real coffee. I was rung up for a sweet and salty macchiato which was fine but the nameless manager wouldn't change it because he said its the same exact drink. I just gave up and trusted him bc he said the only difference is that the hot espresso is poured on top. I got the drink but there was caramel syrup, it's was sweeter and it didn't taste salty. I told him I wanted the original and he came at me saying all we'd have to do is miz it and pour it in another cup. Well what he gave me after still didn't taste like the original and tasted exactly like the last drink. This boy would not give me what I wanted and kept arguing and talking over me. So I said forget the drink I want a refund. I got the refund and didn't want a drink and will not revisit this location. So I settled for Starbucks 🤷🏼‍♀️ this location lost a pleasant and patient customer!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I come to 7 Brew every single day, and they never disappoint! My go-to drink is a Blondie with extra cookie butter, light ice, caramel drizzle, whipped cream, and sometimes I even add an extra shot. It’s always made just how I like it. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy, which makes every visit even better. No matter what time of day I stop by, there’s always great music playing and such a positive, upbeat vibe. They make my mornings and afternoons so much brighter. If you’re looking for amazing drinks and even better customer service, I definitely recommend stopping by 7 Brew!
