  Very friendly and patient staff, delicious drink, cute sticker for National Coffee Day, and speedy service as always. I had forgotten to move my money from savings so it took me a minute to be ready to pay, but she was completely understanding and didn't make me feel rushed.

  Everytime I come to this location I get half-filled drinks or drinks that are mostly ice even when I ask for light ice. Today I open my medium hot mocha and it was only filled 3/4 of the way. I have worked as a barista before I know these drinks only need to be filled with a little more milk so it's not like it would be wasting money for them. I never have this issue at the Candler's Mountain location so maybe some more training needs to be done here.

  Love this 7 Brew! The drinks are always amazing, and the staff is always so friendly and quick. My favorite local spot! 🫶🏼

  This place seriously needs a better system in place for taking orders and keeping the drive-thru moving. Every single time I come here I end up waiting so long that I eventually have to leave.

  I frequent this location and I can say that the quality of the drinks and the service has decreased. I visited today and discovered that although the front of the building advertises pumpkin flavored drinks, they do not have pumpkin flavoring until September 1. I don’t understand why the building would so obnoxiously advertise pumpkin drinks when they do not have pumpkin flavoring until September. I also ordered an iced brunette, and was given a cup of straight chocolate milk, so I had to ask for it to be remade. When I received the remade coffee, it had too much coffee flavor, which I had never experienced before. I frequently get this drink, so I believe I know what it tastes it like when it is correctly made. I did not ask for it to be remade because I did not want to bother with the drink being made wrong again. Further, I visited earlier this week and I had to ask for my caramel macchiato to be remade (which has become a common occurrence because none of the workers can make espresso correctly). When I handed the drink back, the employee gave me unwarranted sas, claiming that the drink could not be “too milky” (my words, there was no coffee flavor) because his manager was making it. He insisted that the drink would taste the same because apparently his manager is infallible and incapable of making poor coffee. He said they would remake it anyway, and low and behold, the remade drink tasted better. My mom also ordered a caramel macchiato on another occasion, and this one was also almost straight milk, so she had to ask for it to be remade. I don’t know if employees are poorly trained, if the manager is new, or if the location just doesn’t care about their customers anymore, but my recent experiences have been sub-par at best. I have now had to make the habit of trying my drink before I drive away to ensure it tastes right, and at least 30% of the time it is not made correctly. I often question what drink I should get any given day because I don’t always want to deal with asking for a remake. I have often opted for a 7 energy instead of a coffee-based drink, because they cannot make consistently good coffee. It is really sad that I can’t just order a drink and get handed a correctly made beverage, I really wish something would change. Update: I went back with my family and finally ordered my pumpkin blondie (surprise surprise they actually had the pumpkin flavor they advertiser). This time there was no pumpkin flavor in my drink and instead of just remaking the drink, the manager came out and asked if I wanted a pumpkin latte instead and continued to explain that the drink was made with breve. This was an irrelevant and unnecessary suggestion, and I ended up just asking for extra pumpkin. Further, after struggling to order because of the overly obnoxious and loud music, we suggested that they turn the music down slightly. Instead of acknowledging the suggestion and moving on, the manager replied saying that only a few people have complained about it and it’s an overall 7 Brew thing. These comments were unwarranted, as she dismissed the suggestion. This new manager is the worst thing that has happened to this 7 Brew, as she has not kept the same standards as the previous managers. It is really sad that the quality of the service and the drinks has gone so downhill, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this 7 Brew in the future. I was offered a free drink for my earlier complaints, which does not fix the problem at hand. Additionally, the manager didn’t even know how to see my free drinks on her tablet, which is very concerning as she is also responsible for the drink quality. I highly suggest you don’t go to this location if you want your coffee made correctly or decent service from the employees. I really hope the management gets a grip or quits soon.
