Kept telling me I don't have an account when I have been shopping here for years. Paid extra money too, because you need a rewards account to get coupons. Terrible.

From here on out, I will take the time and drive out the way to go to the Giant in Lake Ridge. They are a much friendlier environment and have everything I need and use on their shelves. I will not return here.

Only drawback is that they have two entrances but they close one at dusk... and they have switched back and forth over the years so you never know which door to go to. Annoying. That's why I give it 4 stars and not 5. Currently in march of 2026 it is that main Doors under the Giant sign that are used after dark. Just FYI.
