I came into this store yesterday morning for 3 items. There were two isles for self checkout so I stood in one of the isles waiting my turn to pay for them. I was approached by one of the employees there, a younger woman with black hair pulled back and glasses. She aggressively asked me if I was in line and I said yes ma'am, she then got loud and in my face and said that I needed to go to the back of the other line like everyone else. I'd apologized and she couldn't refrain from being rude and ridiculing me in front of other customers as she glared at me when I left my three items right there and left the store in disbelief. It was an innocent mistake! I will never go back to that store again. Ridiculing customers in front of everyone out loud is Uncalled for. I hope this employee gets some help with her anger and find a job that better suits her and not around people. I do not recommend this store but if you have no other choice, I understand. Just never let anyone talk down to you. This store deserves 0 stars

Use thier rewards program for great sale prices. I saved over $12 yesterday on an $80 bill...$68 after using the rewards program. Very busy sometimes. Need more checkouts opened.

We’re lucky to have this Food Lion conveniently located less than five miles from our home. Before moving here, I had never really experienced Food Lion, but after shopping at this location for about a year, I’ve become a big fan. The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming. They’ve also always been patient with my two-year-old daughter, who seems to think the grocery store is the perfect place to walk around and play chase! 😂 The food selection is very reasonable, with a good variety and, most importantly, good prices. I Joe kidneys say they won me over because they offered sugar-free ginger beer in the beverage aisle. The store is generally organized and clean, and the customers seem to be friendly, everyday people. I’ve shopped at other supermarkets with similar prices and selections, and one of my biggest frustrations has always been how quickly the produce would go bad. We haven’t had that problem here, which has been a pleasant surprise. After a year of shopping at this location, I can honestly say it has become our go-to grocery store. Definitely recommend it!
