I thought I had left my keys and phone in my car (locked in) I didn’t realize I had placed them on the register counter. So I walk back to my job to call, and suddenly I hear someone calling out Mam, Mam, and it was Jerome with my car keys and cell phone walking toward me and handed me my keys and cell. He went out of his way to walk to my job it was like a 5/7 walking distance. Thank you Jerome for your kindness and caring. Thank you. Btw that burger was delicious.

They took 10 extra minutes to make the order once I was there even though it was supposed to be ready 15 minutes prior. They served other customers and after all that waiting when I only ordered 2 items (one of which was a drink) they managed to give me the wrong size drink and fries and failed to reimburse me for their mistakes.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
