  Had my order ready on time and food quality was good…but they skimped us. We had smaller portions compared to other locations. Maybe check your food if you order online.

  I keep asking myself why I give this Chipotle another chance. The employees often seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. The service is acceptable only if you closely watch your order. I usually order a regular portion of chicken, but after being repeatedly shorted, I paid extra for a **double portion** today. The first serving was only **5–6 small pieces of chicken**. We asked if portions had changed and were told the employee was new. That's understandable—but no one bothered to correct the mistake or ensure I received what I paid for. Rather than create a scene in the restaurant, I called afterward to speak with the manager. After finally getting through the phone system, I was told Manager **Sany Genao** would **not** speak with me unless I drove back to the restaurant. I was on my way to work and simply wanted to discuss a training issue privately. Refusing a customer over the phone and insisting they return to complain in front of other guests is terrible customer service. The missing chicken wasn't the biggest issue. The manager's unwillingness to resolve a simple customer concern says far more about this location than the portion size. Chipotle's brand is built on customer experience, but this restaurant seems to have forgotten that. Until management starts caring about training employees and taking ownership of problems, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I already feedback on ChipotleFeedback.com The Lorton chipotle staff were extremely rude and non attentive. All of them were on their phones and tablets. Some were doing the chipotle training on a tablet while also facing the customers in the cash registrar. Some were trying to watch the World Cup game on their phones. Also the price is more expensive than the Woodbridge Chipotle which is only 15 minutes away. This Lorton Chipotle is more expensive and gives less food. Lorton Chipotle also forgot the napkins and utensils. The staff also were talking to themselves instead of interacting with customers. I still don’t know why Lorton charges more but gives less food. Lorton also didn’t have the beans. Make that make sense. Here is a comparison of the Lorton Chipotle chicken bowl with a receipt and a Woodbridge Chipotle on Daniel Stuart Square chicken bowl with receipt. They were both bought minutes apart. I would not recommend this Lorton Chipotle on 9447 Lorton Market Sq, Lorton VA 22079

  The food used to be good but it's been several times that the vegetables come in bad condition especially the lettuce, I don't know why the restaurant is good morning being the first customer of the day they sell me the worst food nothing fresh
