Honestly customer service is fine but my issue is the portion control. I understand that portions have always been an issue/concern for all Chipotles. My issue was the astronomically small portions I was given. This is not about the chicken which is the general upcharge and common complaints. I usually just get double chicken to make up for it and I am willing to pay for the extra charge. My issue is the toppings after. The time I went was not busy and the only line was me and someone behind me so there was no rush. Tell me why she put 1/5 scoops of each topping I asked. I feel rude for asking for more and I asked for more on some toppings 3 times just for it to be ALMOST the amount for one spoon. Why bother using the serving spoons if you give enough for one bite of salsa or corn.
