  I would like to start off an say the manager she was great. I had made a mistake on address and she fixed it. I really wish I could post a pic of my pizza onhere cause it looks like it's been tossed around and makes me not feel so sure on where it's been so it's not going to be eaten. This restaurant needs employees that take a little more pride in there job an have a understanding that how they do there job specks volume on what kind of person they are.

  Ordered online 2 pepperoni pizzas and a 2 liter mountain dew. Pizza was cold and they forgot the 2 liter. Tried to get attention of the driver when they were pulling out my driveway they just drove away. Called them twice afterwards and texted to only get no response. I want my money back.

  Manager thinks they can control how doordash drivers dress. I am NOT a Papa John's employee and have the right to dress freely. After speaking to doordash, they agreed that I am considered a customer picking up an order and as long as I follow the "shirt and shoes" policy that exists in most public places, there is no other reason regarding clothes that I should keep me from picking up my orders. I've reported this store to both doordash and Papa John's corporate. You don't get to control how a customer dresses.

  What part of contactless delivery is confusing to your drivers. 3 and 4 year old in bed. Keeps ringing the doorbell!!
