  Something was going on with their system! Taking orders and payment took FOREVER! Never seen one that backed up!

  Waited 30 minutes and my order was wrong. I pointed out that the frappe was the wrong size and was told that’s the correct size for a large. The cup clearly said otherwise and so did the other employees when I asked another day. Nothing to rectify the blatant lie. Pretty frustrating when fast food is consistently slow and infuriating when the employees have no integrity.

  Constantly understaffed and treats their employees terribly. I’ve gone inside three times in the past month and each time was appalled by the way the new management spoke to their staff. I was a loyal customer but I’m not sure how good I feel buying from an establishment that can’t even treat their own employees with basic respect.
