  Alexia my dear. Time to move on if you don’t like your job. The attitude is UNREAL and to find out you were the manager on duty is even scarier. 100 degree weather and you read the order back correctly and still put it in your system wrong and send out the wrong order. Then Monroe joins the mix and starts yelling at me and had to be asked to back away from my car so I could pay again for the order you got wrong or else we couldn’t get our drinks. Again … I know times are hard and everyone has to work but that doesn’t mean you get to be rude and a complete menace to your customers. If your district manager reads this … highly encourage some coaching.

  Went through drive through. Ordered wuite a bit but got my food fast and with the nicest smile ever. Also when i ordered the person speaking to me was very friendly and helpful and very easy to understand!

  The girl with pink hair in the front and blue in the back with glasses has an awful attitude. After my husband paid with cash she closed the window and started talking trash about him and complain about how inconvenient him paying cash was. Then when we got our drinks after 10 minutes waiting at the window she pretty much threw the straws at us and told my husband so hurry up when he was putting the extra cash down. Her attitude either needs to be fixed or she needs to be fired. no need to be rude.
