  I love Ledo's been to many of them over the years. Approximately 3 years ago I had a crane job near this Ledo's in Leesburg, Virginia. I had a pizza and a couple of cold beers after work, as always Ledo's was excellent. The wife and I were shopping out there so we decided to have lunch. I really wanted a cold beer and pizza, my wife a salad and Fettuccine Alfredo. She's Colombian and has never eaten at Ledo's but likes pasta and pizza so I thought it was a no brainer. Sadly I was wrong. First off this location is apparently under "new ownership" and no longer serves beer. That was a bummer because that's what I was craving after a day of shopping with the wife. I recommended the Ledo Italian Salad to my wife because it is always excellent. Well not here. The lettuce was brown and tasted old along with the tomatoes. Nothing was fresh. And it didn't come with the flatbread topped with cheese like I've had many times. We ate about half the salad and couldn't stomach it any longer. When the Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo came it was barely warm. Almost like it was re-heated, incorrectly at that. By the time we took a few bites it was cold. In an effort to try to be positive and not totally bash the place; the server was a friendly young man and the service was prompt. We decided to box the whole pizza and just eat it later since we were already disgusted by the old salad and cold pasta. I stopped by the beer store on the way home and the pizza was good. The place was empty when we were there only one other group at a table. Whomever the "new owners" are may want to go visit another Ledo's run by someone who understands the Ledo's customer base. And bring back the beer for crying out loud. Overall the food was terrible except the pizza but as stated the service was friendly and prompt. Imagine what kind of revenue could be had if they actually served Ledo's quality food.

  I just visited the Leesburg location with high hopes under new management. Food was good, but I literally have never been neglected for so long when dining in anywhere. We sat ourselves and then had to wait 25 minutes before we even had our drink order taken. Literally 2 people working. One of them is preparing the food in the kitchen, tending to carry out orders, and acting as the waiter. He is super friendly and hard working, but has absolutely no help. They need to staff more people for sure. The cook should not be the waiter.

  I made a mistake with the app and the restaurant fixed it and didn’t charge us more. We appreciate the great food and excellent service!

  Showed up a 8:15pm on a Friday and waitress ignored us. At 8:25 somebody from the back came out and said we could only do takeout. Sign shows that they are open til 9pm does not say dine in closes at a earlier time. This is terrible service and they just lost my wife and I as a customer.
