  I recently had an issue with my order at Dunkin, and I was honestly so impressed with how seriously they handled it. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The store owner was extremely kind, helpful, and understanding, and made sure my concerns were fully taken care of. They treated me with so much care and respect, and even offered me a dozen donuts as a kind gesture. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. I truly appreciate the assistance and professionalism from the whole team. Thank you for turning a negative experience into such a positive one!

  I hope whoever made my iced matcha today always has a pillow that’s cold on both sides. Finally, when I asked for light ice, it was actually light (I’m sensitive to cold), and the cup was filled all the way up. Every other Dunkin’ still loads it with ice and doesn’t fill it properly. Thank you so much.

  this dunkin is one of the most consistent with drink quality in the area! i’ve never had a bad drink from this location the employees are also super welcoming and friendly whenever i walk in and have always greeted me, even when im just getting a pickup order.

  All around great Dunkin' spot with friendly service. Definitely a must visit location, one of only 2 Dunkin' stores in all of Leesburg. No drive thru located at this store
