- CTCole TrippettJul 2, 20261.0The interior of this location is nice, but the restaurant appeared to be managed very poorly. The portion sizes were extremely small across the entire order. I received less than a standard serving for nearly every ingredient, even after ordering double meat. When I added guacamole, the spoon was not filled, so I decided to purchase a separate side instead. I also ordered a large drink, but the drink station had no ice. At the same time, there were approximately six employees working the front line with no customers in the store. Each employee was assigned to a separate step of the order, yet the dining and drink areas were still dirty and basic items were not being maintained. I previously worked at Chipotle and am familiar with the expected portion sizes and service standards. I also visit Chipotle very frequently, so this experience was noticeably below what I normally receive at other locations. The staffing, cleanliness, portion control, and overall management of this location should be reviewed. I enjoy Chipotle, but based on this experience, I would not return to this particular location.
