- MPMukul PalJun 8, 20261.0I wish I could give them negative stars. The employees have to be changed here. My kid was with me, and he asked for a chicken burrito. As my kid was telling me what he wanted on the burrito, he told the burrito roller that he needed chicken. Seeing that it was a kid ordering, he just put a little bit of chicken. I at once told him that he had put very little chicken, and he rudely told me, "Do you want double chicken?" I initially declined, but he insisted on a standard portion of chicken. Again rudely, he refused to add more, offering instead to charge double for an additional serving. This was outrageous and incredibly rude. I told him to continue speaking English, but then he started speaking Spanish knowing I couldn’t understand him. I overheard him speaking to his manager in Spanish at the charge counter, and I'm certain he was referring to me. The customer service and overall experience were shockingly poor. I believe everyone involved should be fired as their behavior is damaging the brand's reputation.
