I’ve never had Mexican food from a “authentic” source such as in Mexico or by a Mexican grandma, so please take my review with a grain of salt. I thought the food was good! My friend agreed that her food was great too, I had a burrito, she had the tacos… admittedly when she saw that there were only 3 mini tacos on the platter… she looked at me and said there was no way it would fill her up. By the time she got to her last bite, she was full though! So there’s that. They look small but they’re packed with protein and veggies so they are filling. I had a burrito that was better than what I could’ve gotten at chipotle. Our waiter was a nice young lady. I can’t complain it was all good to me. The only bad part to the experience was just how expensive everything was… but I can understand that it’s a small business in old town leesburg, their rent is probably pretty high and the cost of their ingredients… it’s just hard to justify spending this amount of money on a bite.

Ordered some taco and street corn to go and we have to come back! You can't go wrong with any of their options. Loved the carne asada and the al pastor are a must try.

There were 4 of us for lunch on Cinco De Mayo. The food was delicious... I think most of us had the birria tacos and the carnitas tacos. One of our party has lived in Mexico for many years and she said it was very authentic. We all loved our meals. We also had some fun drinks (mojitos and the spicy margaritas). They were great, too. Tacos are about $5 each so for $10 you can have 2. Each taco came with 2 corn tortillas so really you can spread out the meat to make 2 tacos out of one order. I honestly don't think anything good in a downtown restaurant is going to be much less expensive (that is in comment to some reviews saying it was costly for a taco.... remember you are paying for service and location as well as the food). Service was excellent (sorry I forgot your name!). We all would definitely go back and 2 people in our party had been there multiple times. We also had the hot churros for dessert and they were so so good!

Food was tasty but expensive for the size. A taco was $4.50 and it was a mini taco that you could eat in 2 bites. The sopes were small too so they were staked high with toppings which kept falling off. Staff was kind.

We were in town for a concert at The Tally Ho Theater on April 11, 2026 and arrived a few hours early, so we started looking for something to eat. We came across this restaurant while walking down the street and decided to give it a try. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile and invited to choose our own seating, which was a great start. We started with the chips and trio of dips. While I am not sure it was quite worth the $9.00 price, it was definitely delicious. The salsas were especially good, and we loved that everything is made in house. For our meals, I ordered three carne asada street tacos ($17.50) topped with cilantro, onions, lime, and radish, along with beans (I didn't want the rice) My husband ordered three tacos as well,($18.50) pork, chicken, and carne asada. Everything was incredibly flavorful, and we both kept commenting on how good it was. Our total came to $59.28 after tip. While the food was excellent, I did feel the prices were a bit high for what we received. Six small tacos, a side of beans and rice, and the appetizer. That said, the guacamole was absolutely amazing. Overall, I would recommend stopping in for a quick bite, especially if you are in the area. However, because of the pricing, I am not sure we would return. I truly don't understand the 1 star reviews. We didn't experience ANY of the complaints written here. My husband and I try new restaurants all the time and I sometimes refer to myself as a "food snob". The food was absolutely delicious!
