Dinners for two came out 15 minutes apart so by the time the second meal arrived, the fist was cold and soggy. But here’s the kicker, two Paloma cocktails with Casa Azul tequila ($54 at ABC) rang in at $90, yes, $45 each. I totally understand the need for mark up, but come on! So, in total for three tacos, a Berria Quesadilla, a side of Guacamole and two Paloma’s $175.00 plus tip. Wow!!!

- RRrich richardsonMay 30, 20262.0I'm being generous with the two stars. The cocktails are basically like wine coolers. The queso is what you would would get in a movie theater or a 7-Eleven. The rotten guacamole comes in a small white mini sauce cup that is slightly bigger than those little paper cups you fill up with ketchup at the McDonald's, and they sell that for $7! The chips are thick and oily and tasted just like fried pita chips full of oil and grease. The food overall was very bland. Food quality aside, for the size portions that you get, it is extremely expensive, like what I would expect in Reston Town center. Bad food, bad drinks, very small place, and bad parking. The most shameful part is, they call this a Mexican restaurant. Mexican cuisine is actually in the top three cuisines globally and they are renowned for flavor and ingredients. This is not a Mexican restaurant, but more so like a midnight diner type of Mexican food. How this place has near a five-star review, even the wisest among us will never know!
