    Placed an order via online for delivery via BWW website, and the order was packed wrong and I got someone else’s order. It happens, but the location made it right! I believe his name was Louise, the Manager on duty. He remade my order and delivered the correct order personally! Talk about accountability and great customer service. I placed an online order for delivery through the BWW website. Unfortunately, the order was packed incorrectly and I received someone else’s order instead. While this is not an uncommon occurrence, the location’s prompt action made a significant difference. The manager on duty, Louise, personally remade my order and delivered the correct one. This demonstrates a strong commitment to accountability and exceptional customer service.

    I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred during my recent visit. I placed an order and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. There were multiple customers ahead of me who had also been waiting well beyond their promised completion times, some stated they had ordered 30–40 minutes prior. Despite this, no staff member was available at the counter to assist. While waiting, I noticed my order had already been prepared and left sitting on the shelf for approximately 10 minutes, unattended. After asking a waiter to locate someone to assist us, an individual identified as “Raul,” who claimed to be a manager, eventually came to the counter. When I calmly pointed out that the order on the shelf was mine and asked if I could receive it, Raul responded in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, saying: “You want to wear my shirt and do my job?” I did not engage and proceeded to pay. I then asked to speak with a manager, at which point Raul falsely stated that he was the manager. As I was leaving the premises with my 8 year old nephew, Raul followed us outside, removed his headset, and aggressively confronted me. He asked if I had a problem, and despite me responding “no,” he escalated the situation by cursing, calling me names, and challenging me to fight. This behavior was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and threatening especially in front of a child. My nephew was visibly shaken and frightened by the incident. Other customers witnessed the situation and intervened, expressing concern and stating they would step in if the situation escalated further. I am extremely disturbed by this experience. No customer should ever be subjected to harassment, intimidation, or threats of violence particularly by someone claiming to be in a managerial position. I will be pursuing this matter further, including reporting it to corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and appropriate consumer protection authorities. I am also exploring my legal options. I request that this matter be taken seriously and investigated immediately. I expect a prompt response outlining the actions that will be taken.

    Something is seriously wrong with whatever is going on in the kitchen. The wings were terrible. I tossed most of them.
