- MSMatt StevensMay 29, 20261.0My 3 year old daughter has never been to get ice cream before because of a serious long term illness that has mostly kept her out of public places, so I finally wanted to treat her to something I had fond memories of with my dad as a kid—Baskin Robbins. We picked out a unicorn “creature creation” in the app before hand and she excitedly talked about it the entire trip there. When we got there, the employee rather bluntly stated they didn’t have the unicorn cup… only dinosaurs, wizards, and elves. Great, only one option for little girls and they didn’t have it. It broke my daughter’s little heart, but I explained sometimes things like that can happen. She was sad, but was somewhat ok with pink ice cream. I ordered 1 scoop in a child’s cup and the guy asked if I wanted sprinkles… sure, sprinkles might help right? At least that wasn’t the $5 I was expecting to doll out for the silly creature creation. I gave her the cup to eat while I paid. The price? $5.50!!! Let’s be clear here, this was a scoop of ice cream slightly bigger than an adult spoon with some barely edible waxy sprinkles on it. Charging over $5 dollars for that is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. My daughter took 2 bites and said she didn’t like the sprinkles. I ate the other 2 bites and agreed. I’m sorry folks, there’s no magic for a kid at Baskin Robbin’s any more. It’s ridiculously over priced, neither the company or the employees seem to care about the product, and there’s better ice cream literally anywhere else.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
