  I go to this Arby's fairly frequently and the food is always good. I really like the mozzarella sticks, which isn't a super common item. A lot of times the mozzarella sticks need to be made fresh and I'm happy that they always keep that level of quality in mind. It never takes long and they are always good. I always go through the drive-thru and I can see the kitchen. Today, I really looked and noticed that the kitchen was impressively clean. The drive-tru attendent, Jackie, was also really nice! All in all, it's a really nice store and I hope that the employees know that their hard work is noticed.

  Thank you to terry! He made my very bad day better! He’s a very kind gentleman who went above and beyond to give great service and made me smile despite what I’m dealing with. Amazing gentleman

  I got the Crispy fish meal. Around 10:15PM tonight. The fish was old and very hard to chew. Tasted weird too. I called the store to tell this is not acceptable. The lady asked someone name Julie something in Spanish and told me that the fish was fresh which was utterly a lie. When I said do you want me to come back and show you how hard the fish is then only she offered to exchange. I lost my appetite and told her I am not coming back tonight, so she offered to go back tomorrow at 9PM. Will see but this needs management's attention. As long as you keep the store open and no matter how late it is you cannot reheat old food and serve. This is a health hazard. This should be reported to health department. Because I really have doubts about the fish.
