I had to use my foot to lift the lid of the "loo" due to someone's lack of restroom protocol/etiquette/control?, while avoiding the "liquid pot marks" with my other foot. I notified the young "kid" at the register who looked at me and provided no response... (no one came to clean the rest room during my 45 minutes wasted here). While I watched for a substantial period of time, the restaurant purposefully was accommodating Doordash/Grubhub requests. Eventually my food was brought out, I asked the kid for ketchup, "we are out of ketchup." Kid left. After waiting the period of time that I did for my $18 combo. The chicken was dry. Everything else was "ok." How you overcook fried chicken is beyond me. But after wasting the time I had here, I tortured myself as not to imagine a scene from the movie "Waiting" if I were to attempt to rectify my overcooked fried chicken. During this affair, hooligan kids came in cursing and using profanity with other patrons waiting, as stupidly as I was. The staff did not bother to address these kids. Garbage. Shame, I like their hot sauces...
