  Tables not cleaned. Toilets need cleaning and restocked. No one was interested.

  Got here at 315 in the afternoon, they were out of almost everything. After ordering we stood at the register for much longer than we should have (my fault, we should have left tbh) while the kid working the bar by himself stood watching the only guy cooking, cook. One girl worked the drive through alone. Three people kept walking out of the back emptyhanded, not doing a thing. One girl came out just to look at the trash cans and disappeared. Finally after maybe 15 minutes, the kid who was working the bar not doing anything because they had no food decided to ring us up. When my husband tried to eat his meal, the rice was undercooked. They complained about a catering order that was due at 430 the whole time we were there. Seems like this place needs to reevaluate their training program and figure out how to prepare for higher demand.

  I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like I should take the time out of my day to advise anyone to completely avoid this place. I just spent 25 dollars on 2 chicken bowls that are pretty much empty. Their portion control is subpar and I guess they’re rationing the chicken or soemthing? I’m not sure but they gave me no kidding like 8 pieces of chicken scraps that are like 50 percent seared seasoning. As someone who just wanted to bring some dinner home for my dad and I while staying in my dieting goals, I feel robbed. Like there is no reason that 80 percent of this bowls protein content comes from the cheese. I’m beyond unsatisfied. And I asked for only a little bit of sour cream and they absolutely drowned the bowl in sour cream. The sour cream to rice ratio is 1:1 it’s actually bizarre. If I could go back, I would have just left and not paid for the bowls. However that wouldn’t have helped anyone as it seems that they are running short on everything? I don’t know because they didn’t tell me anything they just rationed everything. In closing, I would like to add that they didn’t have black beans so I had to sub for the other ones. Which is whatever but this kind of stuff adds up when each part of the process has an issue. I used to love this chipotle.

  I made an online order with the app. I realized the second I submitted it that it was the wrong location and called the store seconds later. But, according to store policy, you can’t cancel on an item once it’s been submitted. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. There should be at least a five minute grace period to rectify this problem or at least not have it default to the last location you ordered from. I gave the store plenty of time to not prepare the order and waste the ingredients.

  I went to Chipotle yesterday but my husband and I for dinner I went a couple weeks ago I had a bad experience so I said let me try it again and I'll be damn it was even worse yesterday The portions are smaller The chicken is so chewy The cutting board with the fix of food at was so dirty the beans look like he had bitterness opening they don't stir the beans up to keep it looking edible that Chipotle is a joke it's nothing like the one in Fredericksburg that one in Fredericksburg is just wonderful those kids in that need more training or something now I know why they lost a lot of business they have no idea how to run that damn place I would never ever go there again
