  On multiple occasions they have said they are closed a half hour or hour before closing, causing me to have to cancel my mobile order and leave pissed off. This is basically the only place around open til midnight. The excuse is always that they are closing early due to being understaffed but there are always plenty of employees hanging out outside. Make it make sense. Lazy.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. First, I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited about five minutes without anyone taking my order. I even honked my horn to get someone’s attention, but still got no response. I eventually drove off, and another car that pulled up behind me had their order taken right away. I went back through the drive-thru and when my order was finally taken, it wasn’t entered correctly on the screen. When I politely corrected it, the employee gave me an attitude. Then, when I got to the window, she didn’t say a single word to me—not a greeting, thank you, or anything. To make matters worse, the rewards points system wasn’t working either. Between the lack of attention, poor customer service, and technical issues, this was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had. I hope management addresses these issues and improves customer service.

  My family visited this Taco Bell on 6/13/26 and service was horrible. After patiently waiting 10 min, we were rudely told to use the kiosk even though I had already taken the time to neatly write out our order for them. We waited 25 mins total for our food. The music was very loud, tables were filthy, diet soda was running clear. We were actually there to celebrate early Father's Day as it was my stepdad's favorite place and this was our first year without him. The reason for our visit was overshadowed by the crappy service and loud dirty atmosphere. We'll go somewhere else next time.

  Shout out to Phoebe and Jolene for listening to my awkward request for soft cheesy fiesta potatoes. The food is perfect! I was afraid they thought I was being rude; they reassured me K was not. Manager was friendly and helpful with regards to how to leave a positive review! Unfortunately, I did not catch his name. BUT AWESOME STAFF, STELLAR FOOD, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

  Tried ordering on the app told something was unavailable called and got told oh you ordered something that were out of of. I told him my order and they weren’t out of anything I ordered. Went to the store to order my food the kiosk kicked my order out 3 times and got told oh I can’t help you I have no register in there and he walked away not trying to help at all!
