  Came from out of town and ordered a coffee and a donut through the mobile app. Was told there were no more donuts and l would have to come the next day. I explained that l was from out of town and would not be there the next day. I asked if there would be more donuts ready soon. They said they only make donuts once a day. I asked if I could have a refund for the donut. They said they could not do it but l might be able to figure it out on the app. Why offer things on the app you cannot provide or refund? It feels as if Dunkin is lacking behind for customer service and quality.

  they have a nice selection of coffee, tea and refreshers, its nice to have one local, I really enjoy coffee, and believe its a artform, I feel like its easy to customize drinks there, can choose base, amount of sugar, etc, I do wish dunkin would offer more sugar free options such as monk fruit sweetner or Stevia , the only sugar free option they offer as of now is the sugar free vanilla with splenda which i try to avoid. PLEASE CONSIDER OFFERING MONK FRUIT AND STEVIA OPTIONS FOR THOSE WANTING TO AVOID CANE SUGAR OR SPLENDA.

  I ordered a shaken Brown sugar espresso, no milk product. Received one with brown sugar. When I explained I did not ask for any milk product, received rudest attitude from lady, who looked like she hadn't bothered with appearances today. When I explained I just wanted the brown sugar syrup and Expresso shaken over ice. She said " There has to be some kind of milk in it" then turned to other girl and stated "see if you can understand her" after being treated rudely I still received wrong drink. It's so full of milk you can't tell it's Expresso. Will not be returning!

  They haven't been open a week and I've made 6 visits! The ladies have always been nice. They're all still learning but doing a great job. I will say they definitely weren't fully prepared to be so busy, but are managing it well. As a former barista, making coffees or the other drinks is not as easy as it looks. And just as the employees are being respectful and patient with you (ordering your specialty drink with a million different things), you should in turn show respect and patience with them. So glad they're finally open!! I will definitely be a loyal customer and hope they last a long time in our Walmart ❤️
