  I ordered my food from the app, got a meal that comes with a drink. The lady forgot to give me my cup for the drink, which was OK, but when I tried to get her attention, the manager intervened and asked me to wait. Then another worker was walking up and asked him to assist. After I got my cup, I went for the ice, no ice was at the machine, so when I asked for some ice, he came back with such little ice in the cup, I asked if I can get more. Then he went back and brought me just a bit more. Got annoyed and just asked him for the cup. While I was filling up my drink, the lady that was waiting on her food got the wrong order and the manager started a yelling match with the customer. Not sure what kind of manager they hire here, but im sure they can do a better job!

  It sucks when you are treated without customer service. I rather eat at restaurant that treats me nice than this restaurant. The Burger King next door was better thab this Manager.

  Worst Manager, and customer service. Manager “Ali” as I walked in before its 10 pm. No please or sorry. But “this order will be to go”. Not a sense of customer service. I do not how is Ali a manager here.

  I went through the drive-thru and told the employee at the speaker that I had placed an online order through the app. They asked for my name, but the app instructs customers to provide a code. I mentioned this, and they responded that the code is only for inside orders. They then asked me to confirm the order on the screen, but the text was very small and difficult to read from my car—especially since I don’t wear glasses. This could be a challenge for many customers with vision difficulties. After receiving my order, I checked the app again, and it still only instructed me to provide a code for pickup, with no mention of giving a name for drive-thru orders. This makes the process unclear and inconsistent. Overall, the app directions could be clearer, and the drive-thru screen text should be larger to better accommodate all customers.

  Ordered at kiosk because nobody is at the counter. They do not make my order correctly. I ask it to be remade. They became confrontational. I left. I stopped going to the drive thru because my orders were often wrong. There are other locations nearby. Skip this one
